How To Buy?

There are 2 options for overseas customers to buy items from BestbuyThailand.com .

1. Click “Add to Cart” button to make an online transaction and check out with PayPal. After payment completed & cleared and shipping address confirmed, items will be shipped asap.

2. Fill Out “Contact Form” above by leaving information as follows:
– Buyer’s name
– Email address *please leave the real email as we can get back to you soon.
– Phone Number (if any)
– Product Name and Quantity
– Receiver’s name & Address
– Shipping Type (Standard / Express) *if this is not identified, items will be shipped as Standard.

Once we received your purchase order, we’ll give you transferring details. After payment completed and shipping address confirmed, items will be shipped very soon.

Shipping & Delivery

BestBuyThailand.com offers two shipping options for products delivered to overseas – Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Please identified your delivery options in your purchase order. If you don’t place any options, the default will be Standard Shipping.

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, BestBuyThailand.com partners with shipping leader Thailand Postal Services and DHL for Standard and Express shipping.

If the goods return to us with any reasons and you would like us to resend, customers are responsible to the additional shipping charge.

In case your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from delivery date of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Note: Our item price or shipping charges do not cover import duties/tariffs/brokerage fees/taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. So please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Payment Methods
BestBuyThailand.com currently accept international wire transfers and PayPal from overseas customers. Your payment and order information will securely transfer to Bestbuythailand.com and your order request will be processed normally within 24 hours during the weekdays and within 48 hours during the weekends.

Return & Refund Policy

Items are not returnable except for incorrect items. Your replacement will be shipped to you once we receive incorrect product. Before returning your purchase, please mail to us for instructions. Customers are liable for all delivery charges to Bestbuythailand.

All of products ordered including shipping & handling are non-refundable and BestBuyThailand.com reserves the right to deny any return.
